DID YOU KNOW • We rescue from HIGH-KILL SHELTERS in nine states: Illinois, Tennessee, North Carolina, Missouri, Indiana, Kentucky, Ohio, Mississippi, and Georgia. • 3 to 5 weeks is the average stay for a dog before being adopted and $200.00 is the average cost per dog for basic vetting. This does not include; boarding (dogs waiting for foster homes to become available), transportation, medication, food, or extra medical expenses. • Our first years goal was to rescue 100 dogs — we rescued over 200! How did we do it? Endless hours of hard work and dedication by volunteers, fostering and spreading the word about our rescue. Stats that make you stop and think: “Each hour 800 dogs are euthanized” ONLY because there’s no one to adopt them! Each week we receive multiple e-mails about dogs that need to be rescued or they will be euthanized. Which one would you choose to save? How can we say NO once we have seen their hopeful faces with their pleading eyes? Your donations make it possible for us to say YES!
